What operating system does iTM support?

iTM supports all SAP operating systems.

What version of SAP/R3 does iTM support?

iTM supports R/3 4.6B, 4.6C, 4.7 Enterprise, ECC 5, ECC 6, BW/BI, APO, SCM, CRM, SEM, XI, PI and other SAP models. For a full list, contact iWave Software Technical Support.

What are the iTM installation requirements?

iTM is an lightweight application that snaps directly into SAP. No additional CPU or memory requirements are needed above those required for SAP. 4MB disk space is required for downloading the iTM executable.

How is iTM installed?

iTM is installed as a transport into all SIDs that iTM will control. iTM only needs to be configured on a single “focal” system.

Can iTM be installed in Solution Manager?

Yes. iTM can be installed into any SAP stack system. Typically all landscapes are managed from a central “focal” system in the Solution Manager landscape.

Does iTM need to be reinstalled after a SAP upgrade?

All you need to do is re-import the deliver iTM transport so it can adjust to your new version. No configuration will be necessary.

Is iTM SAP certified?

Yes. iTM holds two certifications: SAP ABAP and SAP Powered by NetWeaver.
