 | Patrick Brandt Chairman Patrick Brandt is Chairman of iWave Software, LLC, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, corporate development and funding activities. Patrick currently serves as President and CEO of Telligent, an enterprise collaboration and community software company that offers a fully-integrated platform and portfolio of applications to transform how organizations listen to, engage, and measure interaction with customers, partners, and employees. A veteran software entrepreneur and executive, Patrick has a proven track record of leading companies through organic growth and expansion. Patrick's most recent experience was as the founder and chief executive officer of Skywire Software. During his eight-year tenure at Skywire Software, Patrick led the company through organic growth and eleven acquisitions, building a diversified software company that employed over 600 people and served more than 2,400 customers worldwide. In July 2008, Patrick led and negotiated the sale of Skywire Software to Oracle (ORCL). Previous employers includes Cyberpix, a company he co-founded, PaineWebber, and The Avion Group. An active community volunteer, Patrick serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting education and entrepreneurship among at-risk youth and encouraging philanthropy to emerging and established companies. Brandt is a founding director of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship Greater Dallas Chapter and serves on the boards of the Education is Freedom Foundation and Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas. Patrick Brandt has earned several accolades for his business acumen, leadership, and community service, incl uding the Ernst & Young 2008 Southwest Area Entrepreneur of the Year Award®, the 2008 Tech Titans Corporate CEO award, the 2006 Ellis Award from the Entrepreneur Foundation of North Texas, and the 2004 Tech Titans Emerging CEO award. Patrick earned his bachelor of science degree in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University. |
 | Donald Braun Director Don Braun serves as a Director for iWave Software, LLC where he shares 30 years of financial and business operations experience with iWave Software’s executive team. Don is also President of the Hall Financial Group, iWave Software’s parent company, where he overseas management of the Company’s core business activity. Don is principally responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and finance, sale and purchase decisions relating to the Hall Financials’ assets. Don has extensive experience working with and structuring debt and equity financing with Wall Street and other capital market sources. He has served on the board of a number of high-tech and traditional companies. In addition to boards associated with the Company's affiliates and investments, Don Braun currently sits on the board of The Real Estate Council. Don is a CPA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Albion College. |
