Patrick Brandt
Chairman & CEO
Patrick Brandt is Chairman of iWave Software, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, corporate development and funding activities.
Brandt also serves as President and CEO of Skywire Software, a global provider of market-leading software and services for the insurance, financial services, health care, utility, legal and professional services industry. Under Brandt’s leadership, Skywire Software earned more than 70 awards in recognition for its high growth, commitment to employees and the community, leadership in industry standards and innovation in technology.
Brandt also has earned several accolades for his business acumen, leadership and community service, including recognition as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Southwest Area Entrepreneur of the Year Award in both 2007 and 2008, the 2006 Ellis Award from the Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas and the 2004 Tech Titans Emerging CEO
An active community volunteer, Brandt serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting entrepreneurship among youth at risk and philanthropy to emerging and established companies. He is a founding director of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Greater Dallas Chapter and serves on the board of the Education is Freedom Foundation.
Brandt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University and also participated in the MBA program.

Brent Rhymes
President and COO
Brent Rhymes is President and Chief Operating Officer of iWave Software, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hall Financial Group, LLC based in Frisco, Texas. Rhymes is responsible for sales, marketing, product development and operational activities at the company.
Rhymes has over 16 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT services and computer software industries. Rhymes has co-founded two successful technology startups including Knoxville based FileKeeper, Inc. (sold to Yosemite Technologies in 2006) and Houston based Software Realization Corporation (sold to NetIQ Corporation in 2000). Rhymes has held senior executive positions at NetIQ Corporation, NEON Systems and Scalable Software. He has also held sales and management positions at Microsoft Corporation, IBM and Exxon Company USA.
Rhymes holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Donald Braun
Director
Don Braun serves as a Director for iWave Software, LLC where he shares his over 30 years of financial and business operations experience with iWave Software’s executive team.
Braun is also President of the Hall Financial Group, iWave Software’s parent company, where he overseas management of the Company’s core business activity. Braun is principally responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and finance, sale and purchase decisions relating to the Hall Financials’ assets.
Braun has extensive experience working with and structuring debt and equity financing with Wall Street and other capital market sources. He has served on the board of a number of high-tech and traditional companies. In addition to boards associated with the Company's affiliates and investments, Mr. Braun currently sits on the board of The Real Estate Council.
Braun is a CPA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Albion College.

Mark Stephens
Chief Software Architect
Stephens serves as the Chief Software Architect of Software Development for iWave Software, LLC and is responsible for iWave Software’s product development activities.
Stephens brings more than 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to coming to iWave Software, Stephens held senior technical leadership positions at NetIQ Corporation and Gapware Solutions Corporation where he focused on the Enterprise Systems Management, Security and Directory Services.
Stephens holds a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Houston where he graduated Cum Laude. |
