Customers / Training

Providing your IT team the expertise they need to properly implement, administer and extend your iWave solutions is the goal of the iWave Training team. iWave offers an extensive curriculum of product training tailored to the end-user or partners hosting or implementing iWave’s products.

Courses are available over the web, self-paced or available for delivery onsite. They can be delivered individually or as a group and can be tailored to meet your organization’s educational needs. Each course offers hands-on student exercises to embedded knowledge and emphasizes practical application of the product. It is highly recommended that class sizes for onsite technical classes are restricted to 30 students or less.

Since ITPA is a continual, evolving process in most organizations, iWave also offers customized training for customers interested in using automation of a specific data center process as the basis for a training session. The approach will impart invaluable experience and knowledge transfer to your technical staff.
