iWave Software Links SAP and ITIL Service Desk Change Management in Latest Transport Manager Release
Email-based Remote Approval sand BMC Remedy Integration Will Be Demonstrated at TechEd 2011
FRISCO, TX – Sept 12, 2011 – iWave Software, a leading independent provider of Process Automation and Cloud Management software, today provided a first look at Transport Manager 7.2 at the 2011 SAP TechEd Conference. The upcoming release of the SAP Change Management and Transport Automation product links SAP Change Management with ITIL-based Service Management to help customers reduce the cost of change and consolidate change documentation required to meet regulatory and IT auditing requirements. The company also announced the release will support remote email-based approvals of transports, eliminating the need for business approvers to access SAP.

Remote approvals are performed through standard email and are not tied or require modification to email client or server applications. Transport Manager 7.2 will be generally available in the fourth quarter of 2011 through iWave Software and its global network of resellers and service partners.
