New Site Enhances Customer Service by Providing Direct Access to iWave Documentation, Support Tools and Field Knowledge
FRISCO, TX – iWave Software, the leading independent provider of Data Center Orchestration, Automation and Cloud Management software, today announced the launch of the iWave Customer and Partner Portal, offering enhanced customer service by providing direct access to product, services and support resources. The site, available only to active partners and customers under a current support and maintenance contract, also provides access to product tutorials and sales enablement materials for IT Outsourcer/OEM partners.
