iWave Software Announces General Availability of Latest Run Book Automation (RBA) Solutions

FRISCO, TX – December 1, 2009 – iWave Software, the fastest growing provider of IT process integration and automation software, today announced the general availability of iWave Automator 5.8, delivering a new, scalable high performance architecture designed to support the rigorous demands of run book automation (RBA) processes between service desk and ITSM applications. The company also announced the release of iWave Monitoring Server 5.8, which offers Data Center Managers a new dashboard console providing unparalleled operational insight and visibility into RBA processes through powerful analytics and decision support.

The addition of a powerful reporting console to the iWave Monitoring Server represents the delivery of another key milestone on iWave Software’s RBA 2.0 roadmap. The new console goes beyond traditional reporting tools by delivering powerful analytics and decision support dashboards to IT Data Center staff. In addition to monitoring RBA processes running between ITSM applications, the console also provides visibility to iWave Automator and Adapter system health.  

iWave Automator 5.8 and iWave Monitoring Server 5.8 are now available through iWave Software and its global network of resellers and service partners. Pricing is based upon connectors to third party products.
