Don Braun serves as Chairman of iWave Software, LLC, responsible for the company’s strategic direction, corporate development and funding activities. Don shares his 30 years of financial and business operations experience with iWave Software’s executive team and is also President of the Hall Financial Group, iWave Software’s parent company.
At Hall Financial Group, he oversees management of the Company’s core business activity and is principally responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and finance, sale and purchase decisions relating to the Hall Financials’ assets.
Don has extensive experience working with and structuring debt and equity financing with Wall Street and other capital market sources. He has served on the board of a number of high-tech and traditional companies. In addition to boards associated with the Company’s affiliates and investments, Don Braun currently sits on the board of The Real Estate Council.

Craig Hall’s distinguished career in business and as an author, civic leader and philanthropist reflects the highest qualities of entrepreneurship. He formed Hall Financial Group in 1968 at age 18 with $4,000 saved from small ventures begun at age 10. Today, the Company’s diversified business interests include real estate ownership, development and management; software application development, principally for the insurance industry; structured finance lending for real estate and other areas; vineyards and wineries; and oil and gas. In addition, Hall Financial Group maintains a portfolio of stocks, bonds and venture capital in a broad range of industries.
Previously, Hall was a part owner of the Dallas Cowboys; formed one of the first stock savings and loans in Michigan; founded one of the first for-profit HMOs in the country; and participated, along with Time, Inc., in growing the nation’s largest chain of health and sports clubs.
Hall actively supports new entrepreneurs and often speaks publicly about the importance of encouraging entrepreneurship worldwide. He lends his entrepreneurial expertise to nurture young companies, including affiliate Skywire Software. Together with his wife, The Honorable Kathryn Hall, former Ambassador to Austria, he funded the Fulbright – Kathryn and Craig Hall Distinguished Chair for Entrepreneurship to teach entrepreneurship in Eastern Europe. Hall also recently founded the Dallas Regional Office of NFTE (National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship).
Craig Hall has consistently contributed time and resources at local, national and international levels to support a variety of community causes with an emphasis on art, education and entrepreneurship. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the American University in Bulgaria and the American-Austrian Fulbright Board and as a member of the World Presidents Organization and the Social Venture Network.
Hall is a past-recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Men of America award (1979), the Outstanding Business Leader award from Northwood University (1989) and the U.S.C. Jayson Ammons Free Enterprise award (1992). He received the 2002 Obelisk Award from the Dallas Business Committee for the Arts for his long-time support of Texas artists and was honored with the 2002 Ernst & Young Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year award. Most recently, Hall was named a member of the Horatio Algers Association for Distinguished Americans, was inducted into the North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Mortgage Bankers Association, received the Institute of Human Relations Award from the American Jewish Committee, and was inducted into the Ring of Honor by the Entrepreneur Foundation of North Texas.

Patrick Brandt currently serves as President and CEO of Telligent, an enterprise collaboration and community software company that offers a fully-integrated platform and portfolio of applications to transform how organizations listen to, engage and measure interaction with customers, partners, and employees.
A veteran software entrepreneur and executive, Patrick has a proven track record of leading companies through organic growth and expansion. Patrick’s most recent experience was as the founder and chief executive officer of Skywire Software. During his eight-year tenure at Skywire Software, Patrick led the company through organic growth and eleven acquisitions, building a diversified software company that employed over 600 people and served more than 2,400 customers worldwide. In July 2008, Patrick led and negotiated the sale of Skywire Software to Oracle (ORCL). Previous employers includes Cyberpix, a company he co-founded, PaineWebber and The Avion Group.
An active community volunteer, Patrick serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations focused on promoting education and entrepreneurship among at-risk youth and encouraging philanthropy to emerging and established companies. Brandt is a founding director of the National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship Greater Dallas Chapter and serves on the boards of the Education is Freedom Foundation and Entrepreneurs Foundation of North Texas. Patrick Brandt has earned several accolades for his business acumen, leadership and community service, including the Ernst & Young 2008 Southwest Area Entrepreneur of the Year Award®, the 2008 Tech Titans Corporate CEO award, the 2006 Ellis Award from the Entrepreneur Foundation of North Texas and the 2004 Tech Titans Emerging CEO award.
Patrick earned his bachelor of science degree in economics and finance from Southern Methodist University.
