
Brent Rhymes is President of iWave Software, where he is responsible for sales, marketing, product development and operational activities at the company.
Brent has over 18 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT services and computer software industries. Brent has co-founded two successful technology startups including Knoxville based FileKeeper, Inc. (sold to Yosemite Technologies in 2006) and Houston-based Software Realization Corporation (sold to NetIQ Corporation in 2000). Brent has held senior executive positions at NetIQ Corporation, NEON Systems and Scalable Software. He has also held sales and management positions at Microsoft Corporation, IBM and Exxon Company USA.
Brent holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee where he graduated with honors and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Dean Sheehan is responsible for iWave Software’s overall Product Management and also serves as the Principal Architect for iWave Orchestrator.
Dean brings more than 18 years of industry experience in distributed systems and distributed transaction software development, which is primarily focused on the financial services industry. Prior to iWave Software, Dean was the CTO and co-founder of Isocra, a UK-based software development company. Prior to that, Dean held senior technical roles at Valtech, Praxis and Logica.
Dean holds a first class honours degree in Computer Science and Professional Management Qualifications from Canterbury University.

Scott Dorcas is Vice President of Product Development for iWave Software, LLC and is responsible for iWave Software’s product development activities.
Scott has 10+ years of product development and consulting experience in the software industry. He has held several technical leadership positions where he was responsible for product architecture and team management. Prior to coming to iWave, Scott was development lead and architect at Whitehill Technologies and Skywire Software where he focused on their business process integration products.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.

Ron Smith is Vice President of Marketing for iWave Software, LLC and is responsible for iWave Software’s worldwide marketing activities.
Ron has more than 22 years of industry experience in launching and marketing commercial and government software products. Before joining iWave Software, Ron was the vice president of sales and marketing at Compiled Logic Corporation, director of marketing at Configuresoft (sold to EMC Corporation in 2009) and vice president of marketing at Scalable Software, Inc. Ron previously held various technical, marketing and management roles at Akili Systems Group, Rockwell International and Lockheed Martin.
Ron holds a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from The University of Houston.

Gary Fahs is Vice President of Finance and Administration for iWave Software, LLC and is responsible for financial operations and management, as well as all administrative services for the company.
Gary has 25 years of accounting and financial experience, including over 12 years in the computer software industry. Gary has been a part of senior management teams with responsibility for cash management, receivables, acquisition finance management and loan covenant compliance.
Gary is a retired veteran with over 20 years of service in the United States Navy and Naval Reserve. He is a CPA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Jose State University where he graduated Cum Laude.

Mark Stephens serves as the Chief Solutions Architect for iWave Software, LLC and is responsible for iWave Software’s product development activities.
Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to coming to iWave Software, Mark held senior technical leadership positions at NetIQ Corporation and Gapware Solutions Corporation where he focused on the Enterprise Systems Management, Security and Directory Services.
Mark holds a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Houston where he graduated Cum Laude.
