We are looking for an experienced Technical Software Sales Representative that possesses a blend of proven sales experience and a technical aptitude. Candidates should be highly motivated self-starters that have an increasing level of sales quotes and revenue attainment and a minimum of 3 years in a quote-based role. This is a high-visibility role working directly with iWave?s customers, partners, and prospects, supporting sales efforts with a focus on large Global 1,000 accounts.
Qualifications
- Meeting and exceeding established quote for new license sales
- Co-selling and collaborating with OEM and regional partner sales teams to close channel-based revenue
- Communicating effectively the business value of iWave?s solutions within a sales opportunity
- Summarizing complex technical concepts and issues for both technical evaluators and non-technical buyers.
- Providing account team leadership in target opportunities and project managing support from sales technical engineers, service delivery consultants and other company resources.
- Delivering product presentations, managing product evaluation (POCs) and performing other tasks required to further the sales cycle and close new business
- Authoring Request for Proposals (RFP/RFI)
- Developing customer Return on Investment (ROI) models
- Representing iWave in a variety of tradeshows, conferences and speaking engagements
- Handling other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

- Technical knowledge of process orchestration/automation and 'hands-on' experience with industry solutions including BMC Atrium Orchestrator, HP Operations Orchestrators, Microsoft Opalis, IBM Intelligent ThinkDynamic Orchestrator, CA IT Process Manager, Cisco Tidal Enterprise Orchestrator and VM vCenter Operations Manager
- Domain knowledge in Cloud Management, Data Center Operations and Storage Management

Responsibilites
- Team-up with sales staff and OEM partners in engaging prospects who are interested in iWave solutions
- Develop an in-depth technical understanding of iWave Orchestrator and its' value proposition
- Deliver product presentations, demos, product evaluation engagements (POCs) and other tasks as needed to further the sales cycle and secure a positive technical decision
- Customize iWave prebuilt workflow solutions to meet specific customer sales and evaluation requirements
- Author technical content for Request for Proposals (RFP/RFI), marketing collateral, competitive analysis and product white papers
- Identify and document field-driven requests/enhancements for review by product management
- Act as the technical central point of contact for all customers and partners inquiries

iWave is seeking a Solutions Advisor to design, develop, implement and test workflows to automate the IT administration processes of our Fortune 1,000 customer base using our flagship product, iWave Orchestrator. iWave Solutions Advisors focus on automating the processes large organizations use to manage their Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Enterprise Storage environments.
Qualifications
- Work with customers to analyze their current manual IT administrative processes
- Design and document customer specific solutions to automate their manual IT processes
- Work with customers to test the automated solutions as well as deploy them into production
- Develop adapters to enable iWave Orchestrator to interoperate with 3rd party ITSM applications
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients
- Identify opportunities to reuse iWave workflows and adapters developed in the field
- Communicate *user experience* back to iWave product management
Desired Skills
- 3 years+ experience working with customers as a Java developer / consultant
- 3 years+ experience programming in Java and Java related technologies (JMX, etc.)
- Familiarity with a variety of technologies such as networks/databases/middleware
- Familiarity with the ITSM industry, software and practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confident, self-sufficient person comfortable in client facing role
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (mathematics, engineering, etc.)

iWave Software is looking to hire a Senior Software Developer. The ideal candidate would have experience developing solutions for enterprise applications, using or integrating ITSM applications, and a fearless approach toward learning new applications.
As a member of iWave’s adapter/accelerator development team, you would be involved in the full development cycle of applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering & analysis, object oriented design/development, unit testing, documentation and maintenance.
