The iWave Integrator framework for HP OpenView Service Desk is designed to provide an immediate answer to the need for a customized and robust integration between HP OpenView Service Desk and more than 25 other ITSM applications, including enterprise management systems, help desks, and mainframes. iWave Integrator for HP OpenView Service Desk uses Java Web services to transport data from HP OpenView Service Desk to other ITSM applications and handles the basic requests of create, update, search and retrieve.
